Chef Renee DePew, has curated a menu that is both enticing and delicious. The chef has your boy's needs in mind with a menu that will fill your belly and warm your soul. Chef DePew knows food is a powerful experience we all share. Dining can be transformative!

Breakfast's with Chef Renee Depew 

Omelette station featuring eggs or a plant-based egg substitution. Freshly chopped veggies, bacon, sausage or Canadian bacon (some plant-based options will be available) and a variety of cheeses. (Vegan cheeses included)  

Cheese and berry board 

Pastries and bread board. Locally procured gluten free and natural baked goodies, paired with chef made jams, jellies, sweet butter and cream cheese spread.

 

Juice, tea and coffee bar  

First Dinner with Chef Renee Depew 

Mixed greens salad that can be topped with a tasty selection of diced tomatoes, onions, carrots, sunflower seeds and your choice of vegan and natural shredded cheeses. Chef made vinaigrettes and dressings will be available.  

3 Sisters Soup: A traditional blend of sweet corn, squash and white beans. This native American staple dish is a delicious blend of sweet and savory. Served with a dinner roll. (Gluten free option) 

And your choice of: 

Mt Bailey Watermelon Burger: A plump juicy slice of watermelon seasoned just like a burger and grilled to perfection. Topped with lettuce, goat cheese and a spicy slaw. (Get this as a lettuce wrap for a gluten free option) Served with a side of TBD by Chef.

Pan seared salmon topped with a lemon and ginger sauce and served with a side of  TBD by Chef.

Second Dinner with Chef Renee Depew
